"I have an above ground pool and after every use you find it at the bottom of the pool int he morning. No matter how hard I adjust it it doesn't seem to hold. I'm glad it didn't cost more."

"I was really looking forward to using this with our pool. When I received the skimmer and after reading the installation instructions, we noticed in fine print on the bottom of the page that you have to have at least 1" between the edge of the skimmer and the skimmer door to install this product. It wouldn't work with our Lomart skimmer system. I was so disappointed."

"This little gagdget is great. It is that extra help that reaches out and catches the debris that would normally float past. I suggest that you do not keep it in while swimming --floating-maybe-- but not swimming as I would think that it could easily break. It is secured in your skimmer with a few twists and can easily be removed. Well worth the price."

"i was doubtful when i ordered the skim-it, but my husband was going insane from netting the pool all the time. we've cleared trees in our own yard, but when it is windy leaves from all over the neighborhood end up in our pool. with the skim it there is MUCH less debris across the surface of our pool, it has made it so much easier to keep clean!!"

"Received this product and had it installed in less than 10 minutes. You could see the difference as soon as it was hooked up. It should greatly improve the skimmers action especially after mowing the yard around the pool. Only comment, the set up is a little cumbersome with the turn/ twist action to set the bar while leaning over the side of the pool reaching into the skimmer box. Finally had to use a wrench to lock it in place, hand turning wasn’t enough to hold it. Overall, would and have recommended it to friends."
