"Living in the Texas Panhandle the sun and wind take a hard toll on solar covers, this cover proved to be of very good quality lying very flat on the water. It also heated the pool a good 20 degrees. I have owned an above ground pool for 14 years and will continue to purchase from SPP."

"This is a fantastic and inexpensive way to not only warm your pool water but to help keep out debris and wildlife. Before we had this blanket our pool was plagued with leaves, frogs, frog eggs, and insects. After the cover was installed the debris could be easily removed. The wildlife simply walked and hopped on top leaving the pool clean and ready to use. The size of these covers makes them difficult to put on and remove. There is also a risk of spilling debris back into the pool. I would recommend any suitable solar blanket reel offered here to assist with this. Once the cover is rolled up, it can be moved to the lawn and unrolled for a good cleaning. I highly recommend this with or without the reel."

It Really Worked!

"We used this solar cover for the first 6 weeks of the summer to get the water temp up and keep it warm at night as the nights were still a bit chilly. It raised the water temp by 10 degrees and the water stayed warm underneath at night. It also helped to keep bugs out. Very sturdy and durable."
